It is extremely important that women talk about money, not only to help themselves but for the good of the world.
In this episode, Michelle and Margaret talk with Jane Finette, Founder & Executive Director at The Women’s Impact Alliance. She shares why it is important for women to talk about money.
She discusses the relationship women have with money now and where we must go if we want to have true financial equality.
Our blog this week is a chapter adapted from Jane’s book Unlocked — How Empowered Women Empower Women; you can read her blog here.
She challenges listeners to have conversations with women about money.

With greater economic security and empowerment, there are no limits to what we as women can accomplish. With increased wealth, we increase independence, self-sufficiency, and opportunity for ourselves and our families. With increased wealth, we invest in ways that can make positive change and a return. With an increase in wealth, we increase our power to decide and choose what is important and most needed in the world.
